Outdoor Personia is actively seeking a driven full-time Construction Sales Manager & Business Development to promote and oversee sales and design of our personalized outdoor living structures. We are looking for a creative and motivated independent thinker who would like to work for a successful and growing company. The work you do to enhance the lives of others and progress the company's growth is fulfilling and exciting!

Some of your daily tasks include hunting for new opportunities, Selling and designing complex residential and commercial outdoor living structures, managing and developing the sales team, creating and fostering client partnerships, and have an exemplary team work attitude. You are creative, attentive, and solution-oriented as you seek to meet the individual needs of each and every customer, whether they are new or returning.

Job Description

This position will be at our showroom in Bellingham, MA as well as travel locally to consult with customers. Manage the internal activities required to support the target account plans. Track, analyze and report on sales performance and activities of key accounts. Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with key accounts to secure existing revenue on long-term commitments. Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and objectives are met.

Sales & Business Development Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years as a sales department leader
  • Have the ability to complete highly detailed sales contracts
  • Track, analyze and report on sales performance and activities of key accounts.
  • Highly effective communication skills with all levels of the team
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Sandler Sales is a plus
  • Willing and able to learn new software
  • Have reliable transportation
